Love Sushi at 26 North Research Place, Central Islip, New York.

This is a little sushi eatery located right in the Target and Home Depot shopping center on Carleton Ave.
The prices are great, and the sushi is fantastic. The rolls are robust, and fresh.
The presentation and plating is really nice too. They don;t care if you order a $90 boat, or 2 cheap rolls....you will get a plate presented to beautifully, you will feel as though you just dropped over $100.
No alcohol sold there, so bring your own.
Oh....the service. I NEED to talk about that for a second.
They are attentive. They are polite, and they get things right. They have corrected me on my own orders, because they know me THAT well over the phone. They take the extra steps to give the kind of service you want. They arent crazy busy either...which i appreciate.
I have never not had a terrific meal at this place. GO. NOW. And tell your friends.
